MAKING A PURCHASE ONLINE could not be easier.
Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them in the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to satisfy the order.
Alternatively you may place your order by phone, fax or snail mail.
If you are shopping from overseas your credit card company will convert the transaction to local currency.
For all orders made from within the EU, the UK 20% VAT is included. If you are purchasing from outside of the EU you won't be charged UK VAT tax on your purchase.
DELIVERY SHEDULE.
We aim to process and post your order within a couple of working days after having received your delivery instructions. Please note we are only able to post to the address to which your credit card is registered. Items are sent to you by signed for, registered post unless you specify otherwise. UK deliveries are normally guaranteed for next day delivery whilst international services take longer. The items are insured and we can provide tracking details but once items are left with the post office we are no longer responsible for their whereabouts.
We can arrange for Fedex, DHL or other if you specify at time of order. Prices for shipping and handling differ according to destination and weight.
SECURIUTY AND PRIVACY
Any personal information given is always processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and only used to deliver the services you have requested, or for our lawful, disclosed purposes. We will not make your personal data available outside of our organisation without your consent, unless obliged by law.
We do not store any credit card details or other payment means on this site or server.

TERMS
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Merola London will take place on the despatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or if you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions below. If an order is not accepted, it may be for one of the following reasons: * The product you have ordered is unavailable from stock. * We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. * A pricing or product description error has been identified. After your order has passed through our security checks we will send you a confirmation email detailing the order. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you by email.
CANCEllATION & RETURNS
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us via the contact form or by email to info@merola.co.uk including the following: Customer name, Order number, Date of order If your order has already been dispatched to you, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery.
If, for any reason, you are not totally happy with your purchase, you can return any item to us within 14 days of the date you received them. We will be happy to make a refund - provided the items are returned in perfect condition and still in their original packaging.
When you want to return an item, please post the item back using registered post, as we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged items. If you are returning an item because it is faulty, we will refund the postage you paid both when buying and returning the item. If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, we will not refund the postage you paid either buying the item or for returning the item. This provision does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. Further details of these rights are available from Citizens Advice or your local Trading Standards Department.

We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on this website are correct. We continually update our online store. From time to time our retail stores may run special local promotions (which may not be available on our web-site) or we may offer special discounts online that are not available in the retail stores.
We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, but information, including product descriptions may not always reflect the position at the precise time that you place your order. All products displayed are available only while stocks last. We reserve the right to withdraw any products at any time and to remove or edit any content on this website.
