HOW TO GET TO US

The nearest tube is South Kensington ( approx. 5minutes walk) We are situated a couple of blocks down from the junction of the Fulham Road and Sydney Street and next door to the Royal Marsden Hospital.

OPENING HOURS

Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm ( Wednesday until 7pm except August ) and Sunday 2pm-6pm.
Bank holidays vary so please call the shop for details closer to the time.

MAKING A PURCHASE ONLINE could not be easier.

Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them in the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ?order? and you will be asked for a few details that we need to satisfy the order.
Alternatively you may place your order by phone, fax or snail mail.
If you are shopping from overseas your credit card company will convert the transaction to local currency.
For orders made the UK 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.

DELIVERY SHEDULE.

We aim to process and post your order within a couple of working days after having received your delivery instructions. Please note we are only able to post to the address to which your credit card is registered.
Items are sent to you by signed for, registered post unless you specify otherwise. UK deliveries are normally guaranteed for next day delivery whilst international services take longer. The items are insured and we can provide tracking details but once items are left with the post office we are no longer responsible for their whereabouts.
A small to medium sized parcel costs approximately ?5-?7. This cost will be added to your invoice.
We can arrange for Fedex, DHL or other if you specify at time of order. Prices for shipping and handling differ according to destination and weight.

SECURIUTY AND PRIVACY

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text anywhere on the web site.
Merola do not disclose buyers? information to third parties. Cookies are used on this site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart or to store delivery addresses
( if you select the remember me option )

FORWARD ORDERS.

If your item is not in stock we will let you know and attempt to order it for you. A 50% advance payment (non refundable) must be taken for anything ordered in this way. We give you a delivery date based on the information given to us by our supplier at the time of order. We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen variations on this date.

RETURNS.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items please email us immediately stating the reason. You then have 7 days in which to send the items back to us. Only once we have received the goods will we consider an exchange or refund where appropriate. Please note that we do not exchange or refund tiaras, hair clips or pierced earrings under any circumstances.
Postage and packing cannot be refunded either.
